Ingredients:
Flour (All purpose flour/ almond flour) – 2 cups
Baking powder – 1 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Large Eggs – 3
Sugar (I used coconut sugar – you can use any sugar) – 1 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 3/4 cup
Fruit Pulp (any fruit /combination- I used apple and carrot)- 1 1/2 cups

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 1: In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients – Flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix all the dry ingredients well and keep it aside.

Step 2: In another bowl add eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and whisk it thoroughly so that all the ingredients are mixed.


Step 3: Now, add the egg mixture, fruit pulp and oil to the dry ingredients bowl and fold the batter till the ingredients are combined. Do not overdo the mixing.


Step 4: Prepare the baking tray by brushing oil. Transfer the bread dough and bake it at 350 degrees temperature for 50 to 55 minutes.


Step 5: Make sure the bread is cooked from inside using a skewer or anything sharp. Let it cool down for a while before serving.
